Each session has a packet including a cover page stating the themes and a place to write questions, a page for a self-assessment of some sort, and a few pages on each theme. Each participant will be given a folder to keep them all in, and will be given a packet at each session, and the “introduction” packet at the first session she attends. There are 10 session packets, and an introduction packet. We also plan special to develop special packets for baby shower, and art projects (plaster casts, baby slings, clay birth objects), and movement and meditation suggestions.
